Do I need a ticket to visit the fair?

No. Entry is free for trade visitors who register in advance online. Registering ahead of time lets you collect a printed badge from the express desk rather than queueing at general registration.

On-site registration opens at 08:00 each day at the main entrance.

How much does a stand cost?

Stand pricing depends on hall, size and build type. Shell-scheme units start at a fixed rate per square metre with a nine-square-metre minimum; space-only plots for custom builds are priced separately.

Submit the exhibitor registration form and the commercial team will send the current rate card with hall availability within two working days.

What is the difference between an outbound and an inbound mission?

An outbound mission takes a delegation of our companies to a foreign market for buyer meetings, site visits and market briefings. An inbound delegation brings foreign buyers, investors or sourcing managers here, to meet local suppliers at the fair and visit their facilities.

Outbound missions carry a delegate fee because they involve travel; inbound delegations are usually free for confirmed exhibitors.
