Hosting grand trade shows are among the key activities of Addis Chamber that intends to promote trade and investment in Ethiopia. Such events are taking place since the last 25 years connecting businesses and forging networks among local and international businesses.
With the commencing of the Ethiopian new year (2016 EC/2023/24), Addis Chamber has finalized preparation to unveil the annual trade fair events that will be carried out in the months to come. Accordingly, Addis Chamber will host 3 trade fairs including the 14th Addis Chamber Agriculture and Food Exhibition that will be held, December 7-9 2013, the 26th Addis Chamber Trade Fairs, February 22-26 2024 and the 6th Addis Chamber International Manufacturing and Technology Trade fairs from May 23-27, 2024 (MATEX).
Sources from Addis Chamber also said that preparation to host such grand shows are well underway to conduct successful trade shows and the annual trade shows will be held indifferent venues such as Millennium Hall and Addis Ababa Exhibition center.
